Pre-K, here she comes!!!

Well, today was Addie Grace's first day of preschool. She started Pre-K and is so excited about it!! I really don't have anything exciting to tell other than she went, she survived, and she loved it...
She chose chocolate and biscuits for breakfast this morning (big surprise!) and then she wanted pizza for dinner. Just so it would be a little special, we at least made our own pizza (thanks to Chef Boyardee), and she thought that was just great.

Anyway, here are some pictures of our day...

Enjoying her chocolate and biscuits on her you are special plate...

token backpack shot...

Addie Grace and her apparent prom date Shelby...

Addie Grace and our tradition of the chalkboard cake (2 years counts as tradition right??)

If you look at pictures from her first day of preschool last year and this year, they are eerily similar...
same bow, same backpack (my sister called me a cheapskate!), same breakfast, same pajamas...we really do buy my poor daughter new things every now and then...I promise!!

If you remember her after shot of me picking her up last year, I expected it to be somewhat the same today, but surprisingly, she was much more together this year...I was kind of letdown!!

Anyway, while Addie Grace was at preschool, I was enjoying some one-on-one time with my sweet Sawyer! We met Aunt Jill and Jack at the mall to play for a little bit and had lunch, which was fun, and the rest of the day it was just us!

Here are some pictures of the boys at the mall...
Sawyer in the car...

Jack is excited about his new haircut!

Sawyer putting on a show...(I think he was serenading me with..."And I will always love yooooou!"...on second glance, it looks like he's on the I-ah-yi-yiii part, not the yooooooou part")

Sawyer refused to cooperate for a picture with Jack...this is the best that I was able to get! Nice shot, huh??
